Minto Suite Hotel Ottawa - 渥太華

The location is excellent and clean hotel in close proximity to downtown Ottawa.

The location was great and hotel was very clean.

Great location, upon leaving the hotel the doorman wished us a wonderful day and once again staff were helpful.

A courtesy copy of the current Globe and Mail was supplied to us early in the morning at the foot of our door.

It's perfectly situated for getting around downtown Ottawa -- 25 minutes to the market on foot.

We booked a one bedroom suite which consisted of a combination living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bedroom with 2 double beds, large bathroom and small room with washer and dryer.

The rooms are also spotless, and when I opened the door to the suite, the lights were on, the bath robe was folded out on the bed and the radio was playing very softly in the back ground.

I could guess and say the two bed rooms, two bathrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer, dining room, living room and modest kitchen had to be over 1200 square feet.

Living dinning connected with a full kitchen, laundry room, Master-bedroom with master bath and a double bed with bath.

These suites are regular 1-bedroom (and 2) apartments, with full kitchens, large bathrooms and laundry facilities in the apartment.

And it is great for that purpose (huge suites with full kitchen and full laundry, room service, a 24-hour convenience store, many coffee shops and restaurants in building, good sushi restaurant and excellent tapas bar within a block).

And if you really don't feel like preparing your meals, the new Prime 360 restaurant offers a wonderful weekend breakfast buffet as well as a full menu and room service.

The breakfast was very good and was served in the gorgeous restaurant "Prime 360".

This hotel has less extensive public areas than the Lord Elgin, havign a large lobby and bar/restaurant (with very helpful and pleasant staff).

The brunch had a wide choice of tasty breakfast and lunch dishes.

Perfect location staff were nice, our hotel suite was pretty clean and front desk service was very friendly and efficient.

The Staff (Check-In, Concierge, and Service) were all extremely helpful and nice.

Service - we found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurant.

Pool, spa, sauna fitness- all clean and in good condition.

Fast elevators and sauna fitness- all clean.

And don't even get me going about the wonderful and modern pool, sauna and spa area, or how the staff bent over backwards to accommodate any request.

High speed internet for a fee, but worked well.

Room was very clean and quiet, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Also our room was clean and modest kitchen had to be over 1200 square feet.

The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are always clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet at the 360 is well worth the extra $40 a night.

The rooms are clean and spacious and the pool is extraordinary.

Positives: Room was relatively clean, well appointed.
