The location was good and the hotel was central for shops.

The hotel has an excellent location in the city, service was very good.

Easy walk from the Interlaken West station in a lovely little shopping area and a good restaurant attached to the hotel makes very convenient to eat good value.

Hotel staff/ owners were warm and approachable, breakfast described as buffet was very good.

Staff are friendly and the restaurant is excellent.

Service was excellent, particularly Michael (the owner/receptionist-hotel is family-owned), who even volunteered to take our laundry to the laundry lady since we had a long day at Jungfraujoch and had to leave early.

Good information about the area, excellent hotel staff and the front desk " Mikel" was more the happy to give information.

The staff arranged for us to take a lunch pack, the food served in the Trattoria is excellent.

Location was perfect only, hotel was near to the interlaken west station and staff were helpful in advising us of options to do in not so good weather.

Furthermore the staff was very friendly and the owner was very helpful.

Location is good in the center of Interlaken, easy to find the hotel and staff are friendly.

Parking available at the back for our car rental.

In addition neat and clean hotel, the delightful staff, the rooms were big size.

Room was clean and the owners were always available to answer questions.

Good location and the private car park is a wonderful asset. This hotel is clean, you feel just like at home and the salon decoration is superb. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is excellent.

Area is expensive and friendly family run hotel on a pedestrianised street in a central location. The staff arranged for us to take a lunch pack, the food served in the Trattoria is excellent.

Price vs performance is not good, the room is too small.
