Good-sized and nicely furnished room with very big bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Particularly good and perfect location close to the city center.

The German guy running the restaurant was excellent. Provided great breakfast with a smile. Room was comfortable and a great quiet location.

The care taken with the room and its attendant comforts - bathroom is luxurious. There was a nice balcony (if you are a smoker) outside the bathroom in the Preslav Suite where I stayed. There is free wireless internet and sattelite TV.

The lobby bar is not always manned. It doesn't seem to be a place for congregating. The restaurant associated with the hotel is good but not excellent. A breakfast buffet would be more desirable than having to let the hotel know your breakfast choice and time for taking it the evening before.

What a treat! The junior suite was exquisite, the breakfast divine, and the receptionist Sve was simply delightful. Definitely worth returning for.

Oh, how delightful! I had to walk a whole 10 minutes to the cathedral and 30 minutes to the Vitosha Boulevard.

My room was not available, no welcome drinks as advertised. It was meant to be a luxary hotel infact it was fairly average. No room service, resurant was closed.

The staff was helpful and friendly, making us and our dog feel welcome. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The room was stylishly decorated and comfortable, with a spacious bath and a comfy bed. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center.

Staff, genuinely friendly. The rooms are tasteful and individual, very pleasant. The restaurant has good food, pleasant staff and they are flexible enough to deviate from the menu if you wish. In 3 stays in Bulgaria, this was my besy experience.

Lingering smell of old cigarette smoke in the room. But this seems to be in every hotel room that I have stayed in in Bulgaria.

Unfortunately the excellent restaurant was being reinovated during my week there; I missed it a lot.

During my stay at the Art Boutique Hotel, I was delighted by the charming decor and the convenient location. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the Cathedral and the central area, making it easy to explore the city. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and the toiletries provided were of high quality. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was fresh and delicious. The reception staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I had a wonderful experience at the Art Boutique Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel had a great breakfast selection that catered to everyone's taste, from traditional to international dishes. The location was also convenient for exploring the city, as it was situated close to major attractions and transportation hubs. the room was spacious and decorated in a cozy manner, making it a comfortable space to relax in after a day of sightseeing.

My Christmas stay was marred by a few negative aspects. The first was that the heating in the room didn't seem to be working properly, causing us to feel chilly throughout our stay.
