I chose this hotel for attending a synod because it provides a multifunctional meeting room, 'Ariadne', fully equipped for hosting conferences or seminars. The facilities were perfect for my work needs and allowed me to combine business with pleasure seamlessly.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to a business center with computers, printers, and other office equipment to handle any last-minute work-related tasks.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Rethymno, Crete. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and the beach. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and convenient stay.

The hotel was excellent in every way. The staff was very professional and kind. We loved the view from the balconey (superior room). The pool restaurant had great service and really good food. On Thursday night they had "Greek night" - live singing and dancing - not to be missed. The hotel had a great atmosphere. Especially recommended for mature couples and couples with older children.

Although this is a 4 star hotel, the air conitioning - which is centrally provided - only operates in July and August, which I think is not acceptable for Crete in June. In fairness, I was given a fan, as my room seemed particularly warm and the busy location meant that leaving the patio door open at night wasn't an option, but it was too noisy and kept waking me up.The smoke alarm has built in coloured lights which flash every two seconds to show that the alarm is working properly!!! This also kept me awake - a real pity as the room was otherwise really comfortable.

The service was top-notch, with attentive staff always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the amenities like the in-room safe, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. We also enjoyed the great pool area with plenty of sunbeds to relax on. we were impressed with the quality of service and the enhanced comfort provided by this hotel.

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with a charming Mediterranean style that made me feel right at home. The general areas were clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible for senior people like myself. It was a pleasure to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there. Sometimes, as a senior guest, it would have been helpful to have someone readily available to assist with small tasks or provide guidance.

Minos Hotel is my go-to place in Rethymno. Helpful staff recommended great restaurants during my first stay. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, outdoor pool, massage, and more. Can't wait to go back for Easter! No regrets here.

I recently stayed at Minos for a relaxing beach getaway in sunny Crete. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its delicious buffet-style breakfast and dinner, offering different themed menus each day. The clean and comfortable rooms provided a great night's sleep, and the proximity to the sea made beach access a breeze. The pool area was fantastic, complete with sunbeds for lounging under the Greek sun. The location was incredibly convenient, surrounded by shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, with a bus stop right outside for easy exploring.

We loved the very close proximity to the beach and Old Town, making transportation easy. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy, with plenty of parking space. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel was near to the beach and sea, which was really convenient and made it easy to spend time on the sand or go for a swim. It was across the road from a large supermarket, which was handy for picking up snacks or essentials. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to store our belongings. The staff were generally polite and helpful when we required assistance.

The breakfast could have been better. Although there were some options available, it wasn't great quality and we weren't particularly impressed with the selection.

The spa massage was good and the breakfast had a large variety of food to choose from. The hotel has a good location, close to the beach and many cafes and shops. The room was clean and modern.

The staff attitudes and behaviors were unprofessional and rude. The dress code policy at the restaurant was not communicated beforehand and was impractical. The half-board lunch basket was boring and not worth the extra cost. the negative experiences overshadowed the positive ones at this hotel.
