Great location, lovely hotel and staff all really friendly and helpful.
A great shower, hot meals and pool is nice as well.
The tropical pool bar right next to the apartments was brilliant, the towels albeit were clean and the morning breakfast was a definite plus as well.

The beach was quiet and just metres from our room, the area we stayed in was ideal. In a world of corporate hotels was a wonderful little oasis in crete and the friendly staff were a big plus as well. The tropical pool bar right next to the apartments was brilliant, the food was excellent, much better than we expected and fragiskos the manager was very nice and helpful.

Nice location and fantastic Place. Staff really friendly and helpful, big rooms, darel at the pool bar was welcoming and kind. The towels albeit were clean and breakfasts that I could be bothered to get up for were very good.

The pool area was very nice too and the hotel restaurant's Greek food was authentic and delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly and service was excellent, the room was spacious and extremely clean, the breakfast in the mornings was superb.

The barman at hotel bar was brilliant company, serving great cocktails, the staff were always friendly and helpful, the room at the top was clean, comfortable. The food was always warm and fresh and really excellent, the pool was very decent size and clean.

The beach restaraunt was wonderful and the pool area was quiet and relaxing, very few children around. The staff were really sweet and made me feel very welcome and comfortable, our room had a nice little kitchen, the maids did a fantastic job everyday providing fresh towels etc. The morning breakfast was a definite plus as well.

The town and its people are all very friendly, the balcony terrace area has superb views of the sea and Agios. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds, the attention from the staff is always excellent and probably too quiet for teenagers and nothing to do for small children really. Rooms also need better lighting, maria in pool bar is a lovely lady was always smiling and happy.
