Stayed here before now, unique place to stay. Absolutely friendly, amiable stuff that helped with everything. The breakfast was fresh made and marvellous for what was on offer with cappuccino and also juices.

Clean hotel, appreciated to be very close to great bars, cafés, restaurants and parks, the centre of town and the historic area, and nice restaurants, quirky cafes and independent shops thanks to great and incredible location. The room with nice amenities.

The hotel had an incredible location extremely close to Plaza Serrano Square. The staff helped with everything. I was offered a room with lovely views of the garden and pool.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a beautiful area just outside the more interesting neighborhood of Palermo. It was close to great restaurants and bars, and I was able to walk to many attractions. The breakfast at the hotel was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. I especially loved the made-to-order omelets and the fresh fruit. The rooms were comfortable and well-designed, and I had a great night's sleep.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

Delightful hotel, breakfast each day was delicious and the location in a great area of Palermo was marvellous. The staff was lovely, personable all the time. Enjoyed main bar and its mixed drinks. Stayed there for trip and had a delightful experience, so I would definitely come back.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Tatiana and Claudio. They went above and beyond to assist us, even with the language barrier. The hotel's location was fantastic, and their recommendations for city tours, tango shows, and a Boca Juniors match were spot on.- The hotel provided a lot of useful services, including coordinating tours and events, making our stay in Buenos Aires so much easier and enjoyable.

The rooms were on the smaller side, which made it a bit cramped, especially with larger baggage. The air conditioning wasn't very effective, and we ended up feeling warm during our stay.
