The location was very good, i paid $200 plus for this very poor hotel and the low price made my trip affordable.
The location is good, for the money I think there are better value hotels and the staff is very friendly.
Not a bad hotel, reasonable price and the interior was old looking.
The desk clerk was friendly and efficient, the room was extremely small but compared to the other hotels in the area so was the price.

Like i said my room was very small but it had a bed a tv and phone with private bathroom at a very low price by downtown Boston prices.
The room also had a window air conditioner, a TV, and free wired internet access; but it had no desk, so I worked at my laptop while seated on the bed.
I stayed in a room with two double beds, which had no closet and a very small dresser, but it was very clean and had a quite comfortable bed.
The room was quite small, modestly furnished with a sink/mirror in the bedroom and a private bath with a toilet and shower stall.

With the money I saved on accomodations I was able to treat myself to a lovely meal at the nearby Legal Seafood Restaurant, and I was just a couple of minutes away on foot from my business meeting at the Park Plaza.

Tv was rather old and good breakfast included.

The front desk woman along with her manager, are the most incompetent, rude, and unprofessional staff I've ever dealt with!
Concerns: the lobby, elevator, hallways, and breakfast room were not air conditioned and felt quite uncomfortable in the July heat.
Lift was out of order until morning I checked out, was on 1st floor so this didn't bother me.
The entrance and elevator were dirty to say the least, and the whole place looks completely worn.
