The room was airy and compact, with a convenient decor. The location was marvellous, in the lovely historical area, and the bed very comfy. I tried some drinks at bar Seven Stars, located 5 minutes walk away.

Simply no complaints whatsoever, very enjoyable stay. Fabulous and exceptionally clean place, great view of the cathedral. Fantastic and lovely location - a couple of blocks away from Conquest House Gallery. Incredibly large beds, a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room. Simple decor. Generally friendly service with parking next to hotel. Early check-in.

Enjoyed a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and television in the room. The breakfast was freshly prepared and with several freshly cooked options, reasonably priced. The staff that checked us in was very very helpful. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, to Canterbury West rail station.
It had not bad views.

Our room was not only fashionable, but also spotless with a TV and hot chocolate, for instance. We enjoyed EXCELLENT food. It was in a very central setting very close to the shopping area which also has plenty of restaurants to choose from. The service was perfect as we had expected.

The nicest place to stay when travelling to Canterbury. Nice design of interiors in twin room. Variety of facilities like: a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

We had a fairly nice stay for my birthday weekend.
The breakfast was tasty with several freshly cooked options. The location was magnificent close to train station. For dinner we chose Zaytoona, that was 300 metres from the hotel.

The breakfast looked fresh, with vegetarian alternatives, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it. All the staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive, settled our issues. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect for walking around a historic gothic-style cathedral. This hotel was in a commercial area right by the Marlowe Theatre.
