Staff seemed friendly and helpful, good bathroom extras, you excellent swimming pool.
Very friendly staff only to willing to help and the rooms are very clean.
Great effort having an dated building, for the price its got to be a good place to stay in Rotorua and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
