clean, luxurious, and located in the city

parking area...limited, and small..The hotel should provide more (alternative) parking area

          10.0

Very affordable! Spa was awesome. Staff were amazing. Very friendly and fun! Had a fantastic time at Millennium. =)

I guess if anything it would be good if the underground parking was included in the cost of the hotel but no big deal!

        • Older travelers
          6.6

Very good central location with complimentary shuttle bus into centre, which isn't that far, but is a steep uphill walk back to the hotel so it was much appreciated.

        • Couple
          8.2

Easy to get to town (walking) and back. Good view of the mountains. Parking definitely a bonus. Lovely staff - very friendly.

Probably just a bit pricey but you get that in Queenstown.

        • Older travelers
          10.0

Great for our 23.30 to 10am next day stay. Thus, little opportunity to appreciate the facilities.

        • Older travelers
          7.0

Quality of the food provided for room service was very good, allbeit it took an hour each time to get to us.

Wi-Fi should be complimentary for a hotel of this standard (even for a specified amount of time)

        • Group of friends
          9.2

It is a great place to stay for a ski trip. Nice staff, clean room.

No free parking, internet is expensive. The staff made a mistake on my booking but they apologized.

        • Single
          7.8

I liked the 'look and feel' of the hotel, the helpful and speedy response to my complaint about a plumbing (toilet) problem in my room, the service staff in the restaurant were very discreetly efficient and helpful and coped with my overactive 3 year old grandson really well. I appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and apology for the disruption caused by the plumbing problem.

Having a room with a plumbing problem and when moved to another room went from having 2 double beds to 2 single beds - I had not slept in a single bed for years and found it too small, and my grand daughter who was staying with me also found the bed too small. I didn't like that the room charge was charged to my credit card before I was even due to stay - I accept that the room was to have been paid for even if I was unable to travel but think the charge should not be activated until the reserved date.

        • Group of friends
          10.0

Great location walking distance to shops, buses and restaurants and good location to ice arena which was purpose of visit. Nice room and nice staff. Easy and quick check in and checkout.

        • Family with children
          10.0

The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was travelling with my 2 and half year old daughter and I really appreciated the fact the chief went out of his way, no questions asked to cook special food for her due to her allergic reaction to food.

        • Group of friends
          10.0

          Clean warm and friendly

Being woken to noises early in the morning from the next room which I should not have to experience and was surprised I could hear. Also it would be nice to be told at the front desk on arrival that their is a van available to take guests into town especially if it is raining,

        • Couple
          9.2

The fact that the cleaner just let herself in while I was sleeping in the morning. I found this to be very unprofessional. If I wanted someone in that early to clean the room I would have left the "please make my room" sign on the door. She did this both mornings so I wasn't very happy about that at all about that.

        • Group of friends
          9.6

The Millennium looked and felt like an up market hotel deserving of it's 4+ star rating. All staff were friendly and curtious. Everything was catered for, from an in-house gym, swip card access to covered parking to even a dentist and doctor. The meals at their restaurant were absolutely delicious! This was our first visit to Queenstown and totally loved the whole experience and would not hessitate to stay at this hotel again.

          There wasn't anything I didn't like.

        • Couple
          8.8

Very gracious place to stay, but the age of the place is showing. Also to be charged $4.00 to use a credit card to pay $16.00 for breakfast was not good.

        • Older travelers
          9.4

My partner and I enjoyed our stay the room was relaxing and spacious - I will definately come back on my next visit to this hotel - we found no faults with the room.
