All in all, it's luxurious place that has extremely helpful staff at the reservation. The location is incredible and magnificent, in a great area of the city.

I got double room for 8 nights with comfortable bed and excellent view, loved it.

The place was tidy with an excellent design and highly courteous and attentive staff. The location was particularly good, and we could reach Grosvenor Square by walking. Tbh, had a very nice stay on a business trip.

Fantastic & spotless unit with a large bathroom, toiletries, a very good breakfast. Reasonably priced and lovely food. Great and brilliant location to Grosvenor Square.

What a pleasant overnight stay, no complaint. Good quality hotel, my favourite in London. The in-house restaurant on the premises.

The restaurant was cheap for dinner, we ordered fine dishes. The bed was very clean and there were a sofa and a carpet.

Booked a room with magnificent views of the Grosnevor Square park. The staff were best at the reservation and breakfast was savoury. The location was good, a couple of blocks away from Park Lane Road. It was located in a nice quiet area not far from both Oxford Street, the Tangerine cafe and Bond Street tube.

It was fairly clean, I would use them next time. Generally, the place was brilliant and had nice stuff in staff members. The rooms where airy & fantastic in sockets. The location was central and near a palace and a theatre. I truly enjoyed a very quiet area.

Luxury place and beautifully decorated room. Top-class and amazingly attentive staff with a smile. Great to have an in-house restaurant for dinner. Good service, parking on-site. Easy check-in.

Plus, the location is marvellous and fab, minutes from Selfridges London Department Store. Would stay again in this very quite area.

Overall liked our stay and would be happy to recommend. By and large, it was brilliant base for sightseeing in London, had much fun and met highly courteous and attentive staff in staff members. Had good and perfect location in a walking distance to all main stores, around 4-6 minutes' walk from Grosvenor Square.

It's a luxury world-class hotel nestled in an original style building. The room is well presented and brand-new with great views to the park. There is a cheap in-house restaurant, for dinner.
