The staff was very helpful and courteous.

The fact that there was no restaurant that stayed open until late at night.

Spent a week and loved it ,the shuttle service they provided was excellent. No complaints all the staff were so friendly, would return to this hotel.

More than half of the staff should not be in the hospitality business. The service and safety issues were so bad that we refused to spend the second night. I was there only because it was the location of a meeting I was attending. Not only will I do my very best to get the meeting moved elsewhere, I will never stay there again, preferring to give up sleep and convenience to travel to the meeting from another location.

There is nothing I liked about this hotel.

Hotel not located near any prominent city attractions. Directions to hotel (from their website) are at best poorly written. The walls are paper thin. Rooms are cramped. Staff is not helpful in any manner.

The hotel was perfectly located in Nashville. Very clean and the staff was helpful. Quick check in which is nice.

Everything was fine. Some of the guests were loud which irritates me but that goes with the terrirtory when you are staying at a hotel.

It was a pretty good value for the money compared to similar hotels in nashville.

It was not as close to Downtown as advertised.

It was in a good location for our needs. Great view of the downtown skyline.

The room especially the bathroom was not as clean as I would like. The bottom sheet was either too small or not fit properly. It rolled up during the night and I found myself sleeping on the bare mattress.

        The pool was nice.

Everything went wrong. The hotel didn't have our reservation and even threw is out when we got upset that they didn't even let us to use the Internet free of charge to prove that we had a pre-paid (!) reservation. We had to drive to the nearest Starbucks for the Internet and then they finally but not eagerly gave us a room from the first floor with a very noisy air-conditioner! For the breakfast they only give one coupon per room and again we had to fight for our rights to get the breakfast for both of us as we had paid for. Can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

        Staff members were okay

The hotel is not where I would stay again. It is worn down pretty bad. The rooms reminded me of a "Budget" type "motel". The carpet was worn and stained throughout the entire room. I have plans to returned back to the "Hilton" family type hotels. obtw- they charge for everything....meaning the little extra stuff that many other hotels give away. I am on the road about 5 months out of a given. The extra stuff is what makes me come back to those locations when back in that area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was reasonable especially since it was during CMT Fest.

        The bathroom needs updating.

The lobby and the view from our room on the 6 th floor.b

I don't like the $50 surcharge for incidentals. I received my final bill, under the door, but was still charged an additional $17. I am hoping the hotel reimburses me for this.
