Location was very good, everything in the hotel was perfect and the staff was friendly.
The location was awesome and this was a beautiful hotel.
Nice surroundings, a 5 min cab ride to the Historical Society or Art Institute and a chance to swim in lake.

Great friendly helpful staff and beautiful room.

My air conditioning was stuck in the low 60's for 2 of the 5 nights i was in the hotel and the 3 elevators were small and slow. Also the refrigerator was loud.
