Millennium Hotel Saint Louis - 圣路易斯

This hotel was in a pretty convenient location, close to the Arch, the stadium, and downtown.

The rooms are reasonably priced and the location couldn't be better.

The location is great, just be wary you probably wont get the room advertised online!

It's on the bus route and metro link which is great, but only if you know how the buses run and were they go which we didn't.

Something to consider if you are using the rail system from the airport and hauling luggage.

When I reserved the rooms I requested two full size beds in each room, however upon arrival I was told that the rooms only had one bed in each.

The room we were first checked into (South Tower) was still dirty - there was a wet towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, toilet paper stuck in the peep-hole, and hair all over the bathtub.

Our room paled in comparison, cold and steely with a hard bed and tiny bathroom.

We went to our room which had 2 double beds; however, one bed had make up on the sheets.

The room was drab, dark, had a double bed and the only thing "accessible" about it was the wall mounted sink and the wide bathroom door.

The food was good at the restaurant on the lower level however the breakfast was expensive.

We also ate in the revolving restaurant and thought the food was hghly overpriced for its quality; one definitely pays for the panoramic view.

Food in the breakfast/casual dining room was pretty bad.

Food - only ate breakfast there, and rapidly gave up on that as well!

We also ate breakfast at the grill downstairs and it was a buffett, but very good.

Every hotel employee I met was very pleasant and helpful including the front desk, bellmen, concierge, wait staff, room service and housekeeper.

Front desk we checked in was GREAT, staff was helpfull we needed a late checkout and the room service was excellent.

The indoor pool is shabby and the exercise room is just off the main lobby and very uninviting.

Other than the lobby, the motel was failrly unkept, including the pool areas.

The positives were the gym, but you have to walk through the lobby in your gym clothes.

Wireless internet wasn't working in the South Tower - all I got was "yes, it's a shame isn't it.

They offer free wireless internet, but it doesn't matter because the signal is not strong enough to penetrate the steel and concrete construction.

The views were great and our room was very clean and trendy.

Room was clean and the gym was also good enough for a quick workout.

In addition service was excellent and the rooms were clean.

Our room was very clean , large and we had a wonderful view of the Arch and from the hotel you could get any where.

The new room was not clean and had hairs on the sheets and blood on the bedspread.
