Millennium Hotel Cincinnati - 辛辛那提

The location is good, the hotel lobby is nice.

Can't beat the downtown location, 5-7 min walk to Great American BallPark.

Can't beat the price for the service and location.

There is a desk downstairs for the airport transfers - cost $15.

It was a rental from the airport, and the person who parked it the night before thought it was one of the cars from the rental agency that operates in the hotel.

I had a room with a King size bed, TV, a chair with a ottoman, and a desk.

Friends of ours were told their room was ready also and when they got to their room the bed was unmade and there was an empty lotion bottle and towel laying on the floor next to the bed!

Once I got in my room, I noticed that the bed looked ok decorated with nicely situated pillows and there was a modern flair to the decor.

We already have you booked in a non-smoking room with a king-size bed.

Our room was very nice and had a wonderfully comfortable bed.

The restaurant was pretty dingy when I went there for breakfast; I won't eat there again.

The one bar is iffy and we didn't eat at the restaurant.

We had both a late dinner and breakfast at the first floor restaurant.

It has a nice restaurant & bar inside which is important since there aren't much of either in the nearby downtown area.

Breakfast was good at the restaurant, but they could have used more staff and help with the cooking of omelets that tied up the line, but the hotel was 100% full, so this may have contributed.

The maids and other staff were quite friendly except for Houria who was at the front desk when we discovered problems with our bills.

The front desk and concierge were very pleasant and helpful.

BUT when I called down to reception they happily offered to move me the customer service rep basically threw his hands up and said they needed a restoration but they were trying really hard.

Overall a great stay, excellent rating and as well as of the pool on the rooftop of the lobby.

Directly above the lobby) There was a bar there as well as mini menus on the patio tables that gave a number one could call for "pool - service" delivered right to you.

Even numbered rooms have a terrific view of downtown Cinci, as well as of the pool on the rooftop of the lobby.

The computer center was ok,but was full alot of time(only 4 working computers with high speed internet.

Rooms were clean and the staff was very courteous!

Modern decor ok - nice headboard unit, the service was great and the room was very clean.

Service can be better anywhere and bathroom is always clean.

We found our rooms clean and updated nicely.

My room was clean and comfortable and still "nice"; just a different experience than previously.
