  Decent hotel in Anchorage and price was good. Front desk staff were great and the room itself was done quite nicely.

  My view was of the outside back garbage area and the breakfast was worst.

  We really liked this hotel and for the price we paid, we thought was fine. Staff were exceptionally nice, the room was cozy and enjoyable.

  Our pleasant stay was sept, for the price I paid, was fine and the front desk personnel were friendly. My room was huge, the staff were very warm and welcoming and the food was the best.

  The lobby, impressive in taxidermy, lacked in everything else, very pleasant stay and we liked the friendliness of the staff. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, food good. Great French fries in the fancy moose.

  Convenient to airport for overnight stay from seward before early morning departure and excellent service. Friendly dining room staff and bland food I ever experienced. Liked by locals.

  Not worth the money and lobby bathrooms no less than disgusting. No fitted sheets and inefficient, unprofessional receptionists.

  I just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel and madison at the front desk. Our room was great and the restaurant was decent and the staff were friendly.

  No scenic view from room and outdated hotel. Not worth the price, poor service.

  Great bed, the breakfast in the restaurant cost $20 per person for just the basics.

  The hotel needs new management, not worth the price and overpriced, dirty and lousy customer service.

  Very convenient to Anchorage airport, the Marriott across the street is a much better option and good place to just grab a drink. Conceige staff is very helpful and employees are always very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

  The lobby floors are cracking and the rock floor is chipped and stained, the elevators are unbelievably slow, the front desk wouldn't make restaurant reservations for us.

  The location is excellent and the hotel is nice, and has character, could be a really great experience. That being said, the bed is really comfy and bar is good.

  Great location and views, good value. A long 4/5 story building, the price was decent, not exceptional and impressive lobby area and a lovely friendly gentleman that took you to and from the airport. Staff were very helpful and beds were comfortable. The food was excellent, cocktail table instead of the typical chair was nice.

  The elevator doors opened and the stench actually got worse, the service at the bar/lounge was quite poor. The bathtub was dirty and the managers were very rude.
