Location, rooms are very well appointed and extremely comfortable staff responsive, knowledgeable. Will stay there again

No reason to pay for wifi. Given the attraction to business travelers, wifi ought to be included.

The location is perfect. The roof top bar is beautiful and has a fantastic view of the city.

I stayed on the 29th floor. The hallways and elevators are filthy! The same toothpicks and straws sat in the hall for two full days. You need to paint the scuffs all through the halls and on doors. I have been in cleaner freight elevators. Really need to make those better.

Nice size rooms, given better weather the roof top bar would be great. The bar & restaurant were far better than most hotel facilities.

The room was huge and really nice. Staff were very nice & helpful

No free WiFi Internet - most hotels we are stayed at on our trip have in room free WiFi

The rooms were very large, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There is construction taking place on the surrounding buildings presently so it is difficult to sleep in the mornings.

Staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The room was large, clean, and upscale.

Eventhough our room was on the ninth floor facing E. Superior Ave, street noise and police/fire sirens were heard throuighout the night.

    Excellent location. Staff very hepfull.

Parking was very expensive. Wireless should have been free at least. I payed more than 200 dollars a night. That was really expensive.

The staff was really helpful and pleasant. It was the best value in downtown that I came across. Everything was reall convenient: valet, room service/cleaning, luggage storage, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

There were no microwaves in the rooms.

This was a beautiful boutique hotel - loved the modern decor! The staff was always very friendly & helpful. Went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay - including makoing restaurant and theat re recommendations (& bookings)! The C-View Rooftop bar was fantastic - great views, drinks, wine & snacks

    Parking rates were exorbitant!

Hotel is very close to all Chicago activities in downtown/ Streeterville/ Gold Coast/ Near North location. Staff hotel was very friendly. Hotel lobby, main galleries gives you a warm and cozy feeling. I did interact with the Concierge (gave me unique gallery and photography contacts and tips), lady who booked for me an almost sold out Chicago Architeture Foundation Boat tour on a Saturday, print out several plays in Chicago and Jeremy front desk who kindly called several hairstylists and arranged a very reliable high quality hairdresser for an almost walk in appointment (Best barbers in Chicago 67 e Oak St).

My studio room 1206 was very dark and windows were facing backyard buildings. I wish the room décor could have a much human feel/touch I felt a little bit cooler and detached. I did not appreciate Affinia toiletries my hair was dry after using complimentary shampoo and soap bar.

The location was perfect and the hotel is very nice.

The quality of the housekeeping service was barely sufficient.

It is really well located for N Michigan, and for my favourite breakfast place, the Corner Bakery. The open air rooftop bar is pretty cool and just what you need when you have been on a plane all day

Dinner from the restaurant via room service was appalling. Initially I ordered the ravioli, which was listed under 'Big Plates' . Well, yes, the plate itself was big but the six pieces of ravioli were more like a stater than a main course! It tasted nice but I was still hungry. The lady on room service was very nice and said all their mains were that size. She took it off the bill and I ordered roast chicken with a side of fries to be on the safe side. What I got I would have been ashamed to serve in a school canteen. A boneless, skinless, flavourless breast of chicken taht was so tough it must surely have been cooked in the microwave. How hard can roast chicken be? (and you can take that either way)

It was only two blocks from Michigan Avenue and three from Navy Pier. However it was quite a hike to Shedd Aquarium.

When we got there we were told we would not be getting the room that I paid for back in February. I paid for a Studio Suite and ended up with an executive suite. The management said, "Did you expect me to kick out the people that decided to extend their stay?" They did not have any problem kicking us out of the room we had booked. They did reduce our room rate but it was not a good start to the weekend. The air conditioning did not work (fixed for second night). All lamps had been unplugged.
