Overall it’s a great hotel for a reasonable price.

It really pays to stay at the same hotel chain to build up the points.

We loved the location - close to the river and design is very nice.

Nice location, easy access to the river boat services and the beach concept is great.

Nice and peaceful location on the river, great value.

Through the hotel, we arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport.

Convenient transport link to centre and the beach on the 4 th floor is nice for adults.

The room was nicely appointed, with a large comfortable bed with several pillows to choose from, a desk with various power connectors (110-220V).

There is no wall separating the bathroom from the bed.

The bathroom was spacious with plenty of space to spread out on the counter for two people without problem and there is a separate tub with jets and walk-in shower.

Bed was very comfortable and being able to access the executive lunch small snacks were offered all day long.

Our room was small with a large window overlooking the river and city high rises.

Breakfast at the 360 Degree restaurant on top of the hotel was excellent.

We highly recommend staying in the Executive floors as you get access to the Executive Lounge where they have several free amenities, including a buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, happy hour, wireless internet and drinks all throughout the day.

We had dinner at the Shangri La hotel’s Thai restaurant, very nice place, excellent food with classical Thai dance.

There is hot food, order to make waffle, eggs cooked anyway you like, all sorts of western breakfast food and beautifully cut and arranged fresh tropical fruit.

River City shopping mall has restaurant and upscale furniture and antique shops.

2- The staff konws English very well comparing to other hotels in Bangkok, fantastic service and good breakfast.

Hotel that maintains a very high class for many years and the staff is also very gentle and available.

The service in the hotel is very courteous and they will go out of their way to help out.

I liked everything about this hotel and good personnel.

The hotel is on the other side of the river so we had to take the hotel shuttle boat back and forth.

The lobby is very big with 4 floor high ceiling.

However, the lobby also very smelly from the stinky river it’s on.

Very professional staff and the room was well appointed and clean.

Convenient transport link to centre and the beach on the 4 th floor is nice for adults. Since the view of the river is the best beauty of this hotel, the staff are gracious and courteous, room bar is a bit mpre expensive than. The buffet is amazing.

We loved the location - close to the river and design is very nice.

No staff at the juice counter - actually appeared to be closed down, very noisy air conditioning and the thai massage is great.

Location was great and perhaps would have been better I was given a south-facing room on higher floor.

Travelling across the river in the hotel launch was convenient and the 360 sky bar was fabulous. I recommend the restaurant called 'Be my guest' just next door to the Hilton at the back.

Great design and excellent service. Rooms @ good value, fresh products.

The shops aren't very useful or stocking attractive items - eg for buying water in the morning for execursions, just river and we felt uncomfortable effectively walking through the restaurant & bothering the staff for directions.

Nice location, easy access to the river boat services and the beach concept is great. Hotel that maintains a very high class for many years and the staff is also very gentle and available. Strong recommend room.

4- The look of interior decoration seems like the hotle management does not renovate them for long time and the bar close too early.
