The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were always willing to assist us and made us feel welcome. Additionally, the room service was efficient and reasonably priced. It was convenient to have meals delivered to our room at a good value.

the room was quite cold and the air conditioning did not work properly to heat it up. This made it uncomfortable to relax in the room.
