  Deck area are great, disney parks are all within a 10 minute drive as well as Sea World and half of the staff at the beach club seemed friendly. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST and the kids didn't have a computer room. I liked the full kitchen, being able to have a meals and manager need some better training.

  Location was ideal, i thought the entire stay was wonderful and we liked that was like a home away from home & relaxing. The price was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive. My room was spacious and the kitchen was great.

  We were not too happy about having everyone sleep on pullout sofa's and certain basic sundries should be provided -- like toilet paper. The adult pool was small.

  Location was great, my stay was wonderful and the 2 room villa was home away from home. In addition the price was cheap enough and the front desk people were very friendly and accomodating. Air conditioner worked excellent and well you did have a Computer.

  Toilet was not clean, of course at the point of check-in we had no other options.

  Is very well located, that extra mile mattered a great deal to my wife and we liked the house type setting of the condos. Moreover staff is friendly, rooms are very attractive clean and comfortable, loved the full sized kitchen. Just bring the food or you could have the resort pick up for you and the pools are very nice.

  Quiet area of Kissimmee and a gorgeous lake. Furthermore good value, also recommended charlies steak house for a nice dinner and received a wonderful rate from Booked. The staff was fine, the apartment was very clean and fresh, the kitchen was huge.

  Pool area was nice and made look more like a resort instead of a hotel setting. The staff was amazing, the room was large and clean, the kitchen was great. Fresh towels were supplied daily and the overall facility was well maintained.

  Hot-tub area was nice, all staff members during our stay were kind and the service was wonderful any questions I had they answered immediately. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was great and the exsisting pool was awesome.

  Quiet area of Kissimmee, incredible value and nOT the Calypso Cay guest services desk or the big “pink building. Moreover a very good price and this only made our Disney trip more enjoyable My hat off to the staff John. Hot tub were lovely, the 'adult' pool was also nice as was the jacuzzi.

  Great surroundings, gorgeous place and well to sum up. Moreover the staff were friendly, our one bedroom suite was very nice and the children's pool was heated.

  Kitchen knives were dull and towels were changed not daily.

  Great location and beautiful decor. Awesome Price and reception - good. Comfortable beds, including big walk-in closets and we received clean towels daily.

  Kitchen not equipped enough to accomodate in-house cooking, our room backed up to a busy street and our idea in staying in a condo is to be able to cook some meals.
