It was a NICE hotel with new-fashioned rooms and exceedingly nice staff. Particularly good location near to ferry, the cable car at Komagatake, and a beautiful stream carved into the mountainside, I felt safe. I truly enjoyed the stay.

All in all they offer good service. The food is good and tasty. The location is comfortable, 1 mile from a forest waterfall.

Loved the stay, it was absolutely amazing in winter. The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a very quite area, really close to convenience store as well as Odawara Station and the local bus up to the Ryokan. The staff were absolutely kind and affable day and night. The location of the property was stunning and lovely - at a short distance from a forest waterfall.

The total stay was perfect in winter. All the staff was really helpful and caring. The breakfast had lots of food, including amazing fresh bread, cereals, fruit, and omelette. The location was comfortable and beautiful, to most major transport links for other sights, it's a plus. The hotel met the needs, I would absolutely stay here again.
