Right next to forster square train station, a very good location not only for Bradford for for access to surrounding countryside and i loved the whole design of the hotel its like a victorian style of a hotel.
The location is terrific for accessing anything you need in central Bradford, the hotel is in a beautiful old building and the rooms are very comfortable.
The location was excellent, the position of the hotel.
The Midland is a grand building hidden away in a forest of grand buildings, but from the moment you step foot through the door you are whisked away to a time of Cheapside Theatres and liveried footmen.
Bradford mat not be the most attractive city in the world and 2min walk from foster square station.
Rooms as you would expect and clean room service was prompt and excellentfood was still so hot.
Additionally room was large and comfortable, the toilet was far from clean, old fashioned food was nice.
I have previously stayed in the hotel in renovated bedrooms with upgraded bathrooms.
I got up into the room which was very very small it was or has been quite recently decorated but not to my taste it was more like a travel lodge rather than the splendid grandure that the hotel tries to percieve.
The second room was much the same in size and decor but was cleaner the window in the room were rotten and didn't close properly but with the curtains closed i thought i colud cope with this.
Evening meal was excellent with friendly service but we felt that we were rushed over breakfast.
Staff vvere very happy, warm room and a meal in the restaurant was good.
Breakfast was okay but had better although evening meals were fine.
Breakfast are of the typical buffet type with the normal selection of hot and cold.
Breakfasts are very nice though, custom made for each person, so it is cooked just how you like.
The service at the hotel was fantastic, the staff were very helpful and the room we stayed in was the best ever.
From the the moment we walked into the reception the staff were the most pleasant and helpful people that I have encountered in the hotel trade.
