We booked a family room with a clean bathroom. The breakfast was incredibly nice with a huge variety of eggs and bacon. The location was handy, short walk to all other stores and restaurants, South Florida and restaurants and shopping. The staff were incredibly nice and very pleasant, gave us great tips.

This is an older hotel and I was not prepared for the suite with a juccuzzi tub in the room. I don’t know how sanitary it was and the only way I would get in it is if I had it at my home and could verify how clean it was.
Close to the interstate I-10
Older hotel A/c would not get cold even when it was on 60 degrees Water in the bathroom toilet kept running, could not get a good night sleep. Jacuzzi tub in room, did not look very sanitary.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. It was also conveniently close to the caverns, which was the main reason for my visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially with my two small children. They went out of their way to help me with my bags and even entertained and interacted with my kids, which was a huge help. The room itself was fairly large and had a microwave and fridge, which was convenient. The breakfast options were nice, with delicious waffles and two types of coffee available. the staff, location, and amenities made my stay enjoyable.
