Oh my stars, y'all! The hot pot dishes around here are like a symphony for the taste buds! And let me tell you, being close to Hard Rock Cafe and The Apple Barn and Cider Mill is a blessing straight from the Smoky Mountains. Beds are plush and the staff is sweeter than a Tennessee honey jar.

Now, darlin', they denied us a sheet change request, claiming they only switch 'em out at check-out. Our room had a bit of a ruff start with leaks and doggie holes, plus a lingering wet dog scent.

The beds were super cozy, and the rooms were spacious with a nice little kitchen area, plus the location was spot on for checking out things around town. Staff was so chill and helpful. 🌟 Didn't love the dimly lit bathroom, but it didn't ruin the good vibes overall!

Microtel Inn & Suites in Pigeon Forge had a great location and comfy bed. Clean room, but breakfast was average. Finding entrance was tricky. Staff were excellent, room spotless. Pet-friendly and convenient parking. Would stay again. Nice stay but could use updates.

My room had a convenient counter space with a microwave. a reliable base for sightseeing with great breakfast options!

Great beds and central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Comfortable and decent location right in town near everything, and 10 minute walk from an arts theater. Also - really close to restaurant and several attractions and shows and a steak house.

The exhilarating horse riding stunts, mesmerizing live music, and hilarious comedy acts kept everyone entertained. The mouthwatering feast served during the show was a hit with all family members, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome.

My wife says that having a dedicated children's play area or activities at the hotel would have been ideal for families traveling with kids.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and reasonably large, has excellent staff and comfortable and best possible location right next door to the upside down museum. The rooms are a nice size with comfortable beds and smoke detectors. There is a plenty of supplies like : a chair and reliable internet.

I chose this hotel for a business convention and found the meeting room and business center with computer facilities very convenient. The free coffee station was also a big help for early morning work sessions.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated printer and scanner available for guests to use.
