The staff were helpful and friendly, provided us with a comfy room with a bath tub. A microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator were a plus.

The Wheelchair Accessible room I booked was available, with convenient amenities like a nightstand, ashtray, microwave oven, coffee/tea makers, and fridge that worked well. The location in the middle of Jackson was marvellous and not far from Owatonna, MN.

The value for my money was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and free from any smoke smell. The hotel's location was convenient and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

There was no night stand, alarm clock and the lighting was very irritating, there was no way to adjust it. Just the long lighting track over the beds.

Got there late in the night and left early in the morning so didn't spend alot of time to analyze the hotel but the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Nothing fancy about it.

Location : the hotel was just next door to Owatonna. It was good to be 1 mile away from Jimmy Johns, serving short-orders.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were horrendous.

The room we stayed in had recently been remodeled, which was a pleasant surprise. The updated decor and furniture gave it a modern and fresh feel. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby medical facilities and restaurants. We enjoyed being able to walk to a few places for dinner without having to drive.

On the downside, our room could have used a deeper cleaning before we checked in. The toilet was not flushing properly, which was quite inconvenient.
