The location is in close proximity to many popular restaurants, stores, and the Patrick Henry Shopping Mall.

I would definitely stay again, even with the minor glitches, for the reasonable price, cleanliness, and great location.

The location is great because it is near plenty of restaurants and Patrick Henry Mall.

Microsoft Inn isnt anything fancy, but if you're looking for great location, prices, and comfort, Id definitely suggest it.

My husband & I stayed here one night 9/15/06, the last day of our vacation, so we would be close to the airport (PHF) to fly out the next day.

The bed looked like someone had been sleeping in it, the pillows were all wrinkled and the room smelled bad.

And they would not return my money after I had went into room and found some not so nice things on my bed sheets.

Upon arrival, our toilet stool was clogged and the room had no tv remote control.

The bed was queen size and very comfortable.

The room was equipped with a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, tv, fridge and microwave.

Two tables for the number of rooms there just didn't work no matter what time you tried to eat breakfast.

I would have liked a bigger area where the breakfast was served.

It was very convenient- you could safely walk to a huge variety of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The continental breakfast included waffles.

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast also.

The lobby was very clean and tidy, the hotel itself was very very good, the staff was excellent.

As other guests have noted, the walls are rather thin; but if your neighbors happen to be loud, just contact the Front Desk for assistance (as we did) and the problem will be quickly resolved.

We didn't use pool or gym if the hotel offered one) We stayed on the first floor, so no comments on an elevator.

There is no pool or exercise room, but free access to Bally's gym was available with my key card.

We didn't have to wait long for the elevator.

I brought my laptop with me when I read there was wireless internet access, but it didn't work after the desk clerk showed me how to set it up on my computer.

When I asked if other guests who have Vista got connected, the clerk didn't answer me, but he did tell me that wireless connections work only in certain areas of the hotel.

We found our room to be clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was tasty, and included fresh waffles!

The staff was friendly and our room was clean and tidy.

It was kind of like staying in a spare room at a friend's; they vaccuumed and gave you clean linens, but it's really just a place to crash for the night.

The room was smallish but very clean and suited my needs perfectly.

The rooms are not spacious, but they are definitely clean and the staff is helpful and supportive.
