The customer rep Vivian was very professional and courteous in assisting me with my checkin. I had some problems with my credit card and she assured me that the hotel prided itself on assisting military personnel as well as the entire community. She devoted special attention in handling my problem especially after informing her I had just gotten off a plane from Italy and was really tired and irratable. Usually people kind of act as if your problem is your problem, but Vivian really made me feel like my reservation was worth it. I usually talk with the cleaning ladies if I need more towels etc.. but I will say that one in particular..Nina was very helpful and even though I may have been a pain, she always provided me with a smile and great service without hesitation or attitude. I would recomment this hotel with it's great location to the military installation, the malls, and excellent golfing areas ..

The staff was just awesome...I Was checked in without a problem and any accomodation I needed the staff was helpful to provide. The wonderful staff made up for the other short comings in the Hotel and the beds were so comfortable. I usually check out well before check out time when traveling but the bed was so comfortable I decided to sleep late.

The rooms were just entirely to small...the fridge bumped into the bed when you tried to open it up. Everything was just so condensed. Also, my room, which was on the second floor was not fully equipped. The microwave was missing and the window view was blocked by the roof of the building, which was just horrible. Maybe that room should be turned into a sitting area instead. The hotel has weight rooms but all of the equipment is broken and useless so it needs to be replaced or removed. This was a total eyesore. It's definitely time for some major upgrades...as far as the rooms are concerned just to liven the place up and make it more appealing.

Though we only was in the room for about 8 hours, everything from the beds to the shower to television was comfortable and working.

The Motel was very clean. I was only there one night, but the TV station selection was unreal.

Hotel was in a little disrepair but they were doing some updating so maybe it will get better. Also, free breakfast was terrible- juice machine broken, no milk, very poor selection of anything.

The people above us kept us up all night. I called the front desk 4 times for assistance. The front desk clerk called their room but it didn't help, they only got louder. The last time I called she told me there was nothing she could do because she was working alone. The next morning we asked for some type of discount and were told "I thought everything was ok since you didnt' call back". Very disappointed and exhausted, runited our weekend. We had 2 rooms because we have a large family. We were made to feel very unimportant and unappreciated. We will not stay there again.

Facilities and good location to Ft. Gordon.

Way too small of a room. The room was so small that the Queen-size bed took up 70% of the room space. Had to go outside the room to change my mind. Eveything seem new but the tv. Haven't seen a tube tv in 10 years. Bring you own towels cause theirs are cheap. In the end, you get what you pay for.

        The price.

Hotel was kind of shabby, but I did not stay at the room very much.
