Great location, close to Nelson Mandela Square. Found in a shopping area right by centre of Sandton shops and shops bars and restaurants close by. Heated pool, extremely spacious rooms with bed & breakfast. Savoury breakfast with a good spread for the start of the day...

The place was tidy and fabulous, it had welcoming staff from the cleaners to the managers. The breakfast was savoury and great with champagne and nice hot food, the restaurant was amazing!

Large and savoury breakfast with champagne and nice hot food, for instance, excellent service. Easy check-in, parking nearby. Nice pool. Magnificent and unbeatable location - right next to Nelson Mandela Square. Very good experience, wonderful base for shopping.

Very basic area.

It was a luxury place to stay, and I would come here again. Located in a very interesting zone, it was a wonderful base for a couple of nights.- The breakfast was savory and reasonably good, especially for vegetarians.- The staff was willing to help.

The best hotel in the middle of Sandton City with his shopping mall and lots of very good restaurants and next to Nelson Mandela square, we always like to stay there for a few days and combine business with leisure and pleasure.

Initally disappointed with the type of room,,due to maintainance problems we were up graded to juniour suite it was beautiful.As a south African this is what I expected for that amount of money.

Great location, very clean, and excellent concierge service. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, ensuring a comfortable stay. The concierge desk staff were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing excellent service during our stay.

Despite multiple requests and promises of maintenance, the pool remained cold throughout our stay. The poor preparation of the rooms upon arrival was another downside.

The Michelangelo Hotel is a spotlessly clean property with exceptionally attentive and customer-oriented staff. The hotel's ideal location is easily accessible to the airport by train and within walking distance to a station in a safe area. it is situated next to the Sandton Convention Center, Nelson Mandela Square Mall, and various restaurants and bars, making it a convenient choice for travelers.

I was amazed at the high standard of quality service given to customers. Upon our arrival, my six year old son took a shower and the water was all over the bathroom floor, I called for the housekeeping service, in less than five minutes they had send a lady to my room and not only did she clean the floor, but changed all the towels for us. In December I will be in South Africa and definitely at The Michelangelo Hotel.

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The laundry service was also impressive, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Great value for the money, the executive suite we booked was amazing. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, with so many nice restaurants nearby like 'The Big Mouth' and 'Trumps Grillhouse and Butchery'. The staff, especially Archie the concierge, were excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been better, maybe offering more options.

The reception staff seemed quite competent. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Rooms were beautifully appointed.

Transport to and from the airport was horrible. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. Water pressure in the bathroom was very poor.
