My room had the most gorgeous views was incredible, pool and beach were nice, the hotel lobby area was up to snuff, staff friendly. The turndown service was great too and the breakfast buffet was fabulous.

Great location, on the plus side, the pool and the beach were nice, room was very spacious and had plenty of room to put our stuff and spread out. The staff were knowledgeable and humorous, the employees were all super friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfy and clean, the food was surprising decent at all the restaurants we dined at.

The pool and beach are great here, spa has a gorgeous reception area. Hotel is not that bad, for the price , you can do much better in Miami and the rooms are roomy and attractive and the lobby. The customer service is spectacular, the bed is comfortable, everything is very clean and bar staff are nice and helpful.

Toilet didn't look clear, hv old stain in, the managers are very rude and loud speaking.

My room did overlook the ocean, was great and the pool area had had a good vibe. The staff of the hotel was pleasant enough, for the price we paid, I thought the service would be better and checkout was super easy.

The beach is nice, clear water, the pool staff does a wonderful job of keeping the pool area clean and neat, only 1 restaurant to eat at at night In hotel wasn't bad. The lobby is gorgeous and the concierge services are just amazing. The lighting in the room could be improved.

Our room was ocean view, meant facing a large condo unit, the hotel was beautiful, the location was great and the staff handled everything wonderfully and kept us all calm. The prices were reasonable in all of the restaurants, the swimming pool was heated.

The property's location on the beach is perfect, the only nice place at this hotel is the pool area and staff is down to earth and very friendly. The room is kind of moldy and at times, the toilet would just run and I had to jingle the handle. The restaurants have great food, the concierge is welcoming.

The value is incredible and the spa, a bit pricey, has wonderful attendants and top of the line service.

The location is not that great, the rooms are old and front staff is very unfriendly unless you speak Spanish.
