  The hotel and our room was clean and had a must see unique style to, staff took great care of us.

  Bedroom was a bit too hot, unable to have window open for too long due to noise and the food and drink was much too expensive for my liking.

  Luxurious lovely clean and spacious rooms excellent central location, great value. The staff were very friendly and the outdoor hot tub spa was fantastic. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very good.

  The superb location just around the corner of the train station, the hotel is about as central as gets and the beds are comfy and the afternoon tea is very, very good.

  The view over Galway Bay is fab from the hot tub and i loved the location of the hotel as is city centre.

  No air conditioning, i feel is badly needed and worst restaurant for the star rating.

  Over viewing Eyre Square, friendly service and bathroom was great all marble and huge. Again food and staff were excellent.
