The location of the hotel was amazing! It had easy access to the plaza and the subway system, which made it really convenient to explore the city. The staff was also very helpful and friendly, although their English was a bit limited. But, with the help of Google Translate, we were able to communicate and get all our questions answered. the hotel provided a great service that made our stay even more enjoyable.
One downside of the hotel was that it was managed as a subset of a larger apartment building. This meant that the 24hr building reception did not participate in the management of the hotel, which resulted in a minor issue during check-in.

parque forestal and other tourist destinations were situated walking distance to this place. it's worth staying here and exploring downtown santiago district. the parking was on site and convenient. free wi-fi was working perfectly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the plaza and efficient subway system. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, even though their English was limited. It was easy to communicate with them using Google Translate for more complex questions. this hotel surpassed my expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, facilities, and staff.

Great central location with easy access to main attractions and public transportation. The staff was very helpful, despite their limited English, and were willing to go out of their way to assist us with our needs. the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for our city trip.
Intersuites is a collection of apartments managed by a subset of a larger building. This caused confusion upon our arrival when there was only one key for two rooms booked.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the plaza and efficient subway system. The staff is also quite helpful, although their English proficiency is limited. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. the hotel provides a good range of facilities, such as a 24-hour reception and a helpful staff at the Intersuites office.
One downside is that the Intersuites management system can cause some inconvenience. On a Saturday afternoon, there was only one room key available when we had booked two rooms.
