The experience was such great, would stay here again. Suite had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff were all nice, courteous.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Firstly, the staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. They made me feel really welcome. Secondly, the recently renovated rooms were lovely. The bed was so comfy and the soft bed linens added a touch of luxury. Lastly, the location was ideal. Situated on a busy intersection, it was convenient for exploring the city and there were plenty of dining options nearby.
The only minor issue was the old lift, which sometimes stopped with a jolt.

Location
The front desk staff were not friendly, The room was in poor condition. After a 3 minute shower the hot warer ran cold and stayed that way for more than 1 1/2 hours the split system air con. Was so noisy that we turned it off so we coulkd sleep. One of the chairs in the room was unsafe to sit on. The free wi-fi internet had a restriction of 150mb per day, which ran out after sending 2 short e-mails. We have to travel to Brisbane again soon but will never stay here again.
