Hearing that this place was snob central and aLL of the staff were very friendly.
Great location at the bottom of Park Lane, the whole atmosphere is quiet and the bathrooms are super small.
The room was clean and the food was of course great.

Location was very good and great service, got upgraded to deluxe park suite was nice, champagne and fruit in room. We usually stay in lovely 5* hotels and this did not fail to disappoint, the lobby was brand new the bar buzzing and the staff friendly. The bed was very comfortable tho my wife found a tad too soft, towels and toiletries were excellent, the food there was some of the best I have ever tasted.

Room was like a display from the new york museum of modern art and the bed and bedding were excellent quality. The waitresses working in the lobby and bar were lovely, staff were very friendly, the apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was a huge meal.
