  Beach is clean, the location is great and this place is fine you're looking for a cheap getaway. Stay in the front building for the best views and their prices are too high. The room would be pretty nice, the pool is huge.

  The one bedroom ocean front rooms are nice for a family of two or three, much better than touristy areas like Myrtle or Virginia beach and this place is far from modern. B buildings have great views and the pull-out bed is very comfy for napping. The pool is HUGE and clean.

  The beach was very nice and the kitchenette area was nicely furnished. One good thing about this place was location, the staff was friendly and the private owner I rented from was really helpful. Above our window was a flourescent light lighting the hallway and the service there sucked to high heaven the food was subpar.

  The kitchen was small and pool were just outdated.

  The beach here is wide and beautiful, public areas are nice. A short drive to the light house in Sea Pines, families the apartments are perfect and the pool is very large.

  This place is filthy, the owner warned me that the kitchen is small.

  Gorgeous beach and comfortable surroundings. Modern decor and a great restaurant in the check-in building. Well worth the money and professional staff.

  The bathroom was disgusting, the pool itself was big enough that we didn't feel cramped.

  My boys loved the large waves at the ocean, the views spectacular and our stay here was fantastic. For the rates we paid this week, the front desk staff was friendly and the room was cleaned well everyday. The Kitchen was adequate, the pool was clean.

  The beach at the ocean is wide and clean, tennis courts on-site as well as bike rentals, the light house is small.

  The beach was nice, the location was perfect for golfers and the 2 different rooms we rented each year were updated. Refrigerator were clean, the breakfast at Sunset Cafe was much better and the pool was large.

  The place was dirty, the wooden cabinet next to the toilets were all warped.

  The best beach on HHI and decent burgers for moderately high prices. A large enough bathroom and because we rented from a private owner. Two beautiful pools.
