The hotel is good value for money, very reasonably priced for Hong Kong.

A great value hotel and the price VERY reasonable.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, it was very pleasant, and great value for money.

Furthermore excellent hotel staff and reasonable price.

Very convenient to the bus stop, hotel situated at a very good location for shoppers and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

Very near the MTR station, great location and plenty of local food around the hotel vicinity as well.

Convenient location for shops, near to train and its proximity to good food.

The airport bus does stop outside and the train station is just yards away, this is so easy to use so don't be afraid to use it, we went all over with the Octopus card and found that lots of people spoke English and were very heplful.

We used the shuttle bus from the airport, which again was straightforward - they have a desk at the airport where you can book a place on the next shuttle to the hotel, and you book the return shuttle at the hotel bell counter.

Finally, we were moved to a decent enough room, with better water pressure (make sure you get a room on a lower floor) however we were informed that no double beds were available only single bed rooms.

We had a triple room - but it was really only a twin room with a put-you-up bed put between the twin beds, so it was very crowded, and there wasn't enough drawer space to empty all three suitcases!

The room itself was smaller than expected, with the foot of the bed very close to the TV.

After all, you're not there to be staying in the room all day, you just need a comfortble, clean, spacious, well lit room, with a great bed and shower.

Also, because we put in a request for a double bed with our travel agent (they said that twin rooms was more typical?

We tried breakfast at both the cake shop and restaurant that are located in the hotel, both were good and very well priced.

Great little restaurant around the corner (Teresa's Restaurant) for American style breakfast.

We ate at the hotel restaurant on two occasions and found the food to be very average.

The location is great, meals in their restaurants are good quality and the staff are polite.

Staff responsive and responsible, rooms not that small for Hong Kong, deli France has great little breakfasts.

Checking in at reception was easy and the receptionist found our reservation without incident.

Great location, warm welcome by the staff and efficient and friendly service.

The rimflow pool and gym on the roof top is excellent.

On the day of our check out, while waiting for our shuttle bus to the airport, we sat at the couches in the small hotel lobby.

The housekeeping was excellent - in fact, the hotel was immaculately clean.

I didn't seem to find an ethernet connection, as I wanted to try my new portable wireless access point with my iPod Touch.

Which brings another point up, there is no free wi-fi connection there!

Also staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were well kept and clean.

The staff are polite and the room is very clean.

The hotel is clean, the staff are very friendly and only letdown- common in HK- are hard beds.

Room was clean and the breakfast buffet was very good.

Room was clean and we were able to check in early (around 06h00) although this seems to be luck more than anything else.

In fact nothing, it is below standard in all means.

The room does not look clean (may be it is !)The bathroom is very standard. The TV IS VERY OLD & THE CHANNELS ARE FOR CHINESE SPEAKING.The hotel in general is not up to the standard of 4 Stars, it is far below. I will never choose it again nor recommend it to any friend!!!!!
