        The location was fantastic and the staff especially christian were most helpfull, the bed was reasonably comfortable.

        Times square was a 10 minute walk from us and the nearest subway about 5 minutes, location was good, the hotel was just a short walk to Broadway. Staff were incredibly responsive, bed was comfortable.

        Too many horns being tooted and the buses are noisy, location is good, the hotel is very close from Times Square. The staff is very friendly, the small kitchenettes help save travelers money.

        S road maintenance plans are a little behind and selection of channels on cable TV is a bit limited.

        Really hard crossing the street because of construction, other tourist attractions and i liked the privacy of staying in an apt setting in lieu of a hotel/motel. Its pretty good to stay there as a home, friendly, helpful staff and very nice flatscreen TV and internet worked great.

        The location was very convenient, price was much better than a lot of hotels I investigated and most of the front desk staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable enough, the kitchen facilities were good we were missing kitchen linen.
