Comfy, great location so close to the new restaurant, a big shopping mall with several clothing stores and the ADO bus station. Also, in an area close to many areas of interest.

The location was good, relatively close to Uptown Merida. A pharmacy and stores were right next door.

Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to many areas of interest, great restaurants, and the new tower. The room was exceptionally nice, with soft bed and a roll in shower, a hairdryer and toiletries in the bathroom.

The property seemed clean and the room was clean. Units with a nice big window to the outdoor park.

Think it's best Merida's place to stay. The hotel is recently renovated and clean, nestled in a nice building with pleasant view of the garden. The rooms are reasonably large and the American breakfast offered has lots of dishes. The beds are good and the staff is attentive.

Every employee we encountered was good. It was in a great and good location with a contemporary mall nearby

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with TV, a balcony, which I really appreciated. Coffee & tea making facilities and a fridge were a big plus. The location was marvellous for walking around a contemporary mall.

it became my favorite place to stay in merida. clean, brand-new hotel, i appreciated extremely pleasant and reasonably large rooms and amicable staff. the location was absolutely perfect for walking around a shopping mall. and the area was safe, right by the altabrisa mall and other stores and businesses, and several restaurants. good service was provided too. could use concierge service free of charge, that's nice.

This hotel has a great location and is within walking distance to various areas of interest, including a mall that is just a 5-minute walk away. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was absolutely perfect. Being right in front of the Star Medica Hospital made it incredibly convenient for me, and it also meant that I saved a lot on taxi fares. Additionally, the Alta Brisa Mall was just a short walk away, offering a great selection of stores and restaurants.

All in all, everything was more than satisfactory during my stay.
