No significant flaws, everything is satisfactory.

The staff was very friendly and helpful regarding everything (calling taxi, making coffee and preparing food after dinner time etc.). Our room was great, fluffy beds, clean sheets, interesting decor.... Dining room is beautiful.... Generally very cosy, clean and peaceful place.... Maybe little far from the city center but the taxi is very cheap (4-5 euros to the center) so that didn't bother us at all.

We spent one hour trying to find the hotel because even it's on the main road, it is stacked between two office buildings and practically invisible, no billboard or road sign pointing hotel whatsoever. Somehow I didn't manage to book massage, the massage lady is not full time employed and you need to book treatment one day in advance which spoiled my impression a little bit because it is spa and it should have that kind of services 24/7.

Staff were very helpful and made stay enjoyable. Breakfast was very good. Bed extreamly comfortable, only downside was no lightbulbs, fridge not working and no remote for the TV. Would stay there again if in Sarajevo.Close to tram stop. Interesting decor.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the room was comfortable and spotless. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. The location was perfect - it was close to the airport and easy to get to by tram. we were very impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it.

very convienient as situated on the tram line into the city centre and near the airport. The hotel provided free transfer to the airport which was very helpful for an early flight. There was a nice area to sit and have evening drinks when we arrived back.

The rooms had an area of pebble flooring as you came in and in the bathroom which was difficult to walk on in bare feet! We were glad to have Bosnian speakers in our party as the staff struggled with English

We stayed in a lovely hotel near the airport that impressed us from the moment we arrived. Combining wood and rocks, the decoration was unique and beautiful. The rooms were perfectly furnished, spacious and clean, while the heated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch. We enjoyed a rich breakfast and exquisite al la carte meals in the restaurant area, with attentive and friendly staff always willing to recommend places to visit. the hotel location was on the main road, making it easy to arrange transportation.

Parking was a bit challenging during working hours.

Unbelievably romantic room and stylish details. Hotel staff are very kind and they care for everything you need. I was leaving the hotel very early in the morning, and lady from cuisine made me a sandwich because I couldn't wait for breakfast.

Small detail: in bathroom there was no shower gel or shampoo, only soap for hands.
