The shower/bathtub tap had hot and cold water positions reversed, a taxi driver overchargeed us because there were no staff near. The room was very spacious in comparison to hotels in paris, decoration was good and the bed was beautifully comfortable. The receptionist was very kind.

Excellent room ipod docking station very good bedding, great location and of the five hotels that I have stayed at in Toulouse, Mermoz ranks among the best. The staff is very friendly.

The joints between the tiles in the bathroom could be cleaned and the breakfast could have been better.
