I recently had the best stay at a hotel in Surabaya city center. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city where everything was happening. The hotel itself was a great value for money, with spacious rooms that had centralised air conditioning and unique designs. I especially loved the large bathroom with a bathtub, it was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. And let me tell you, the breakfast at the Coffee House was simply delicious, offering a mix of continental and Indonesian food. It was a real treat to start my day there.

The service here is excellent, and the rooms are really great. It's just a short 10-minute walk to the nearby Bungkul Park.

Not really up to Meritus standard but as a business hotel, it is good.

I have requested morning call at 4:00am to catch my flight to Singapore, but no morning call received.

The bed was spacious and perfect for relaxing after a long journey, plus there's a pool available for guests.

The hotel did not feel like a Meritus in terms of the facilities and the overall decoration.

Good location in Tunjungan district very close to Mall, restaurants and fast food, restaurant, and the centre of surabaya. Also, to hot for Surabaya maybe with a garden.

We had a great stay at Wyndham Surabaya. The room was spacious and the air conditioner worked perfectly, keeping the room cool. The staff, especially the parking attendants, were very helpful and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and facilities.

Location: the hotel was really close to the centre of surabaya, Close to main business centers, and the biggest shopping mall in Surabaya by walking. There was Drago la Brasserie near the venue.
