Overall an okay place if one doesn't want anything with class or luxury, but at luxury hotel prices.

The room even had a face cloth in the bathroom is very unusual.

The bed comfy and breakfast choice excellent.

As a regular traveller, the comfiest bed I ever slept in was here!

We did not use the hotel restaurant as opted to eat in one of the many restaurants around town.

Bathroom was clean, the bar ran out of our preferred drinks after the first round and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice of hot.

There was a lovely garden courtyard outside the restaurant where we relaxed over an afternoon tea after checking in.

I was very surprised to see the review dated March 2004 entitled "bad food" as my family and I had a wonderful lunch in the non-smoking lounge in March 2004 and we really enjoyed it and thought it was excellent value for money.

We had dinner in the restaurant and the quality of the food was fantastic.

The hotel staff was excellent, the service from front desk was good and the beds were very comfortable.

A really nice stay, comfortable staff pleasant and friendly service on check-in.

Staff were superb and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

The location is excellent, car parking is good for a town centre Hotel and as the building is beautiful.

Well, it turns out to be convenient from the parking lot, but not from the lobby.
