Good facilities offered, such as a cool lounge where you can enjoy drinks till late night and a game of billiards. the buffet breakfast provides a decent selection and the option to make fresh orange juice, which is a nice touch.

No wifi in rooms due to renovation work, forcing guests to come down to access the internet. The view from the room windows is not interesting, as it overlooks the backs of adjoining buildings.

Nice hotel, but was unfortunately in room above entrance, it was about 25 degrees C outside, and I couldn't fine any airconditioning in the room. with the noise outside, couldn't sleep with the window open so it was a bit hot. Other than that - very nice hotel

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the old city center. The location was perfect, situated in a pedestrian zone right in the historic town square. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, responding promptly to our requests and making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, seamlessly blending modern architecture with the centuries-old real estate of the city.

Families traveling with children will also find this hotel to be an excellent choice.

The location is great, in the center of the city and right by the pedestrian and shopping zone. The breakfast buffet was really good too and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

No A/C in the rooms, but we only really would have needed it the first day, the other days it was cool outside, so it was no big deal. The internet is not free. There is a computer downstairs that you can use for free, but only one for the whole hotel.

The rooms are very large, with plenty of cupboard space. The staff are friendly and helpful with fluent English. Breakfast is typical German continental-style. The sauna, steam room, and gym are very nice facilities for the guests.

The hotel lacks air conditioning during hot weather, which can be a drawback.

Centrally located hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary mini-bar and the big flat-screen TV in the room.
