At very reasonable prices and good hotel.

Very nice hotel, reasonable price and the bus service to Al-Masjid Al-Haram was excellent.

Clean and in a good location close to Al-Masjid Al-Haram, frequent shuttle bus trips to "Masid al-Haram, we like the best in the hotel is the arrangement for tea / coffee in the room itself for 24 hours.

The location is about 2 km from Alharam is not bad for healthy people and the free 24 hr bus shuttle service is great.

The only thing I liked was the location of the hotel and all Staff's were very good.

Staff is nice and th bath room need to corrected as water comes out take bath.

Public transportation was near the hotel, the front desk staffs were professional and the room itself was adequate.

Moreover my room was ready so I didn't have to wait.

Staff are nice and rooms are 100% equipped.

I did stay for three nights with my family in Mercure Grand Umm Al Qura , really nice rooms equipped with good confort , i didn't have problems to reach The Haram , only about 800 meter ( about 10 minutes walk to Kaaba) with reasonable prices.

The hotel was new, the shuttle bus service to the haram was convenient and the staff were so helpful.

Hotel is fantastic and the staff are excellent.

Transport bus to haram makka is not frequent as needed and also they do not provide paper toilet in sufficient quantity adn bath rooms are not fully equipped specially for would like to sit in a bath.

Very nice hotel, reasonable price and the bus service to Al-Masjid Al-Haram was excellent. Staff was very friendly, the rooms were fairly comfortable and the continental breakfast buffet was extensive.

The best part about the hotel was the to and the Bus service during Ramadan was excellent this year. Staff was good in co-operation and also taking a shower under strong worm water was enjoyable.

Found the hotel very calm and peaceful, the service was really poor, the room was just cleaned was handed to us. Also the food was good.

The buses took a long time to reach us, prices were high as well.

The only thing I liked was the location of the hotel and all Staff's were very good. For the price the room was clean.

Some other buses for a turkish tour operator were always there, the house keeping service was awfully slow the end of a busy ramadan season and the food at the resturant was poor.
