Good location, easy access from railway station by tram and i think 's the best hotel in Zurich that offers better value for money.
Bus stops was very helpful, this hotel was better value than 's sister hotel and the staff were very good and helpfull.

It is a little removed from the center of the city so you better be ready to take the tram everywhere and be back before the tram shuts down or else you'll be paying a nice 20 CHF from the center of town for a taxi.
The manager on duty was nice to us, and was able to give us info about the trams, such as tram#3 coming from main train station to the hotel, or tram#2 going to the lake excursion site.

The room was so small that you could barely get around the double bed.
The hotel restaurant - at which I didn't eat - was nasty looking and smelling - and very expensive.
Location is about 10 minutes from the main station, and there are bars and restaurants in the vicinity.
The staff were nice, the restaurant was fantastic and the general feel of the hotel was that it was bit old but otherwise fine.
