The room was extremely spacious with the sofa bed as well as the photos on the web, liked our time there. The location was perfect and favourable, very close to Moema, São Paulo and the Mall, Ibirapuera Park and many restaurants and many many many great restaurants.

The location was convenient, not too far from Shopping Ibirapuera.

The location is best possible, 2 miles from Congonhas-Sao Paulo Airport. 10 minutes drive to the airport, it is located by taxi to Mercure in Times Square SP.

the staff was top-class and really excellant, everything was wonderful. we had an a double room with a flat-screen tv with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe. the good service and the attention to detail!

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and many restaurants. I appreciated the helpful staff and the clean and comfortable room that had enough space for me and my family. The pool was a nice feature, especially because it was mostly undercover.

The hotel in the Moema district was a great find for the price. The location felt safe and the neighborhood had plenty of local shops and restaurants close by. No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. You can easily walk to great restaurants and bars and there are plenty of markets nearby. It's also quick and easy to get a taxi to anywhere you need to go, like the airport. The rooms are kept super tidy and the housekeeping staff is excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had plenty of options for every taste.

Some of the installations in the hotel are old and could use some updating.
