Liked the room with air conditioning, my bed was comfortable.

Even though everything was excellent, some of the staff were poorly trained.

The hotel is pleasant, it has nice and courteous staff and a salad bar. The rooms are immaculately clean with hardwood floors, everything is great.

The services were excellent. I was there for 1 night and ate at casual restaurant for lunch. I enjoyed its marvellous location right by major crossroads and fly overs, the gym is well worth a visit and the domestic airport.

Incredible staff, good breakfast, marvellous location near Vila Mariana, the bakery, and the Ibirapuera Park. Nice beds and a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control. Quiet ambience and amazing views of the park.

the hotel was pleasant, exceptionally clean offered satisfactory breakfasts and had a favourable location adjacent to the big park. the service was very efficient with parking on site. location: the venue was very close to the metro station.

The hotel had a luxurious feel to it, with a beautiful white marble lobby and elegant interior in the rooms. The rooms were well-equipped for work, with a separate office area, and the room service was of very good quality. The hotel also offered a great breakfast spread with a variety of tropical fruits. The location was convenient, near the Ibirapuera Park, which was a nice place for walks or runs.

The city's traffic was a major drawback, with long travel times to reach the hotel from different parts of the city. It took me an hour to cover just 8 kilometers one night.

Staff was great and so were the rooms. I felt sorry we couldn't stay longer and enjoy the hotel a little more.

Although the shower was great it was very noisy.

The check-in process at Grand Mercure was efficient and the staff spoke good English. Despite arriving early, they immediately allocated a room for me. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a powerful shower, though it could benefit from some modernization.
