  The location is excellent and perfect meeting place for Cheltenham race week. Additionally the Georgian style building is amazing, the exterior is beautiful and given a chance the staff are civil & helpful & all the issues were resolved. The room also suffered from lack of natural light, the food is superb.

  The location is excellent, a nice hotel you're prepared to pay the price asks and cheltenham is indeed a majestic building to look at from the outside. All staff have been consistantly very good.

  The location was good, there was not a thing I liked about the Hotel and the room was well furnished in a sub chintzy style. The customer service was exceptional and the bed was incredibly comfy. Breakfast buffet was lovely, dinner were of a high standard.

  An excellent position, so convenient for the Theatre and restaurant in the hotel was good. All staff were attentive and receptionist was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable and the bar was comfy.

  We found service at dinner very slow and tHe cooked breakfast was inedible.

  We liked the location and excellent hotel. Again lovely staff and comfortable bed. Good bar, big towels and great selection for breakfast.

  Car parking confusing as I parked at a meter £2 an hour, tatty for money charged.

  The location was excellent, the hotel was overbooked so we had to stick to the cosy and steve at the front desk was very good. In addition the bathroom was large and evening meals were superb.

  The location is excellent and set in the beautiful town of Cheltenham. The hotel is wonderful and the service are very good. The rooms are fine and breakfast could be improved by hot plates.

  The car park facilities are a little small and plants & rugs would bring into the country house category very well. I htink we would have used the bar each evening had been more welcoming and waiter unable to communicate in english effectively.

  Fantastic location, old style hotel and staff were charming and friendly. Our room was excellent, breakfast was delicious.

  Within easy walking distance of the town centre, warm welcome and i liked the fact that the staff were really helpfull. My room had some updated features and the restaurant was excellent.

  The reception area was very helpful and friendly, we left feeling cared for & that we had got excellent value for money. Moreover the staff were really warm and welcoming, large room that was tucked away in a corner. Breakfast was superb.
