Good bar, big towels and great selection for breakfast.
The location was excellent, the hotel was overbooked so we had to stick to the cosy and steve at the front desk was very.
Fantastic decor, the staff were professional and polite, the bathroom were clean.

Great location comfortable room and the hotel was very friendly. On leaving,reception waivered the £10 parking fee as quiet was very nice and food was superb staff could not have been more helpful.

Location and friendly staff, liked closeness to town. Best hotel in Cheltenham and the actual building and decor. Service and facilities were excellent, the regular lady receptionists were helpful. Bed was very comfy and breakfasts were good.
