Well-appointed venue, outstanding food, magnificent location in the restaurant it was inundated by a coach load of tourists. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

It was impeccably clean, I would return here. Everything was very good, incredible location not far from easy walking distance of main town, transport linking into the bastide area new town and the airport, very attentive staff. The room was comfortable and a nice size with comfortable sofa bed when I arrived. An electric kettle, climate control, and an individual safe were available here.

The breakfast with fresh juices, organic rolls, `` bio '' products was amazing, had so much to choose from. The location was amazing and ideal for exploring this fairly quiet area, close to castle and city centre as well as easy walking distance of main town.

We had a lovely stay at the Mercure. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room, though basic, was clean and had a beautiful view of the garden and medieval city. The shower was hot and the hair dryer worked well. The breakfast buffet was good with a variety of options available. The free secure parking and free wifi were convenient amenities. Although the TV only had one working channel, we enjoyed the short walk to the old city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was magnificent to the tourist attraction and met every demand. We stopped by Brasserie Cafe Lucien for coffee and treats, it was relatively close to the hotel.

Loved the a nice size standard double room with a view and the way it was setup. There was a PARTICULARLY GOOD restaurant and particularly helpful staff.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our city break. We were just a short walk away from the main attractions, making it easy to explore the beautiful city. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always willing to offer recommendations and assist us with any queries we had. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices available each morning.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few areas that could be improved upon. The swimming pool area seemed a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment.

We had been recommended this hotel by fellow motorcyclists. Staff very friendly and provided extensive help with sightseeing information. Kindly upgraded to a room with view of old city as a birthday visit. Motorcycle friendly.
