Was a welcome base for trip. Enjoyed a terrace and a balcony in the room. The breakfast was savoury and tasty, had lots of options and the food was fab. It was in a fantastic and stunning location minutes from a wooden bridge. Further, it was very close to the restaurants.

Neat, functional units provided with a large long window as well as minibar.

The queen room was luxury with a mini fridge bar, an air conditioning and a personal safe. Great service was provided. All the employees were pleasant and smiled at me.

Came here for trip, had beautiful 1 day overall. The staff was accommodating and excellent, offered good services. The privilege room we stayed in was functional with bath and shower.

Modern and luxury unit with a contemporary decor. Particularly good and incredible location in Center of town, not very far from a historical palace. And not far from the restaurants, both the palace and the bridge, and the shops and restaurants.

It had central location close to a 12th - century cathedral.

The weather was beautiful, had really nice stay. Enjoyed staying at the reasonably large and functional king room with a balcony. The daily service was excellent. Had the option to leave my car on-site.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The receptionist, Manon, went above and beyond to ensure that my elderly mother was well taken care of. The room facilities were excellent, especially the high-quality TV, iPod dock, and Nespresso machine. We also loved the variety of pillows available. The location was perfect, with a wonderful restaurant nearby and great staff. The parking adjacent to the hotel was a convenient feature and we appreciated the discount. Our dog was warmly welcomed, and we enjoyed exploring the city with her. The room itself was spacious and had a lovely view of the courtyard. the Mercure provided an exceptional experience.

It was very convenient to the Popes Palace.

We loved staying at this place because of its perfect location inside the old city walls. It was only a short walk away from all the main city sites, which made it easy to visit them multiple times throughout the day. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and provided us with great recommendations for dining options. The room itself was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities that we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen tv. The terrace was also a lovely addition, with garden furniture for us to relax on.

We would recommend this hotel to our family and friends without hesitation, given its many positive aspects and ideal location.

The most important was the staff - exceptional and pleasant people. I have stayed in queen room for 2 nights, it was complete with strong WiFi and a balcony.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel inside the old city walls. The location is unbeatable, right next to the main city sites. The staff was incredibly helpful and the rooms were comfortable with very comfortable beds and a balcony. The breakfast included was a great addition.

No issues, everything was absolutely fine.

It offered very good service and great food too. The magnificent and perfect location was near a Roman Catholic church.
