I recently stayed at a hotel in Les Ulis and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel, especially the receptionist, were incredible. Despite working alone all night, she went above and beyond to accommodate everyone trying to check in. I was impressed by her work ethic and commend her for her exceptional service. The room itself was comfortable, with a great bed that ensured a sound sleep. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the hotel's location, just off the motorway with plenty of nearby restaurants, was perfect. I particularly liked the family room setup, with a separate bedroom for the kids. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Room was good. We had a seperate room for the single bed which worked well for our toddler.

We booked this hotel for 3 reasons. 1St, it was on our route home from the south to calais. It was a perfect breaking spot for us. 2Nd, it had a pool and we were looking forward to our toddler having a splash having spent 7 hours in the car. However, the pool was closed. 3Rd, it had a restaurant. Again, looking forward to being able to eat together at the hotel without getting back in the car. We stayed on a Friday night and the restaurant was closed! They did offer a 'snack' service, which cost a fortune. We wouldn't have chosen this hotel without the services it said it provided, and wouldn't stay again.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel for a stopover on my way home. The location of this place was perfect, just off the motorway and surrounded by lots of restaurants. It was so convenient! The staff here are excellent and provided exceptional service. The receptionist in particular went above and beyond to accommodate everyone. I was impressed by her work ethic. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a peaceful night's sleep.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The services provided here are top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping.

Convenient location next to the motorway with lots of nearby restaurants. The hotel provided ample parking, particularly helpful for us since we had a car. The room was spacious enough for our family, and the breakfast was superb. They also have a recently renovated modern restaurant. The staff was excellent.

Stayed here on the way home from Spain. The staff were great, the breakfast was really good, and the room was very comfortable. The restaurant is modern and recently renovated. The location is perfect, just off the motorway with lots of restaurants nearby. Having the separate bedroom for the kids in the family room was ideal. Plenty of parking on site. a place worth the extra cost compared to others.

We loved our stay at this hotel on a Sunday. The location was perfect as it was next to the Toll road and quite close to many areas of the interior. On one day, we were taken into Paris for sightseeing, which was a great experience. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options that included cooked eggs and sausages, pastries, cereal, and meats/cheeses. The coffee was also great. We enjoyed the view from our room and the plenty of parking available on-site.

The price for the food was a bit high, just like in most hotels in France.

The breakfast was quite good and had a decent selection. The hotel is located close to some important tourist attractions and is easy to reach by public transport. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was not clean and had a musty smell. The bathroom was in need of repair and was not functional.

During our stay at Mercure, we experienced exceptional customer service. The reception staff went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was smooth and hassle-free. They even offered us an upgrade to a more spacious room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant exceeded our expectations with its delicious and reasonably priced meals. The Wi-Fi connection was strong throughout the hotel, allowing us to easily stay connected. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and overall pleasant experience.
